Your property is listed under Hosti Property's professional accounts. We collect all guest payments through Airbnb and other platforms, deduct our 9% + GST commission, and disburse your earnings twice monthly on the 1st and 15th via direct deposit.

What if a guest causes damage?

We document the damage, photograph evidence, communicate with the guest, and file claims through Airbnb's Host Guarantee or the guest's security deposit. You handle the actual repairs with your contractors, and we manage the financial recovery process.

Do you handle guest emergencies at 2am?

Yes. Our team provides 24/7 guest support including overnight and weekend emergencies. If it's something we can resolve through communication (locked out, can't find amenities, questions), we handle it immediately.
